General Terms

The Legal Terms shall be deemed to have been executed in the state of Delaware, United States, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action brought by you with respect to the Website must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or such cause of action shall be forever waived and barred. Should any part of the Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Firm is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We may collect information from you when you register on the Website or fill out a form.When using or registering on our site you may be asked to enter your personal information such as, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number. You may also choose to visit our site without registering.
