Stefanie Langer

Stefanie Langer is a Principal, COO & CCO of Corten Real Estate Management LLC where she manages investor relations/marketing, operations and compliance activities. In addition to founding DaVinci Advisors LLC, a consultant to alternative asset managers, Ms. Langer previously served as a Strategic Advisor to CenterSquare Investment Management, a leading REIT and private real estate investor, and an Investor Relations Partner with Patriot Financial and Quaker Partners. From 2012 to 2014, she oversaw investor relations and reporting for Patriot, Quaker and their affiliates LLR, Lubert Adler, LBC and LEM and for the 10 years prior to that, she was Director – Investor Relations & Business Development for Pegasus Capital Advisors, a middle market special situation private equity fund manager. Ms. Langer began her career in alternative investment management as a Managing Director at Hamilton Lane Advisors where she was responsible for key client portfolios, manager selection related to all non-buyout or venture private equity funds in the U.S. and abroad, real estate and co-investments. Earlier in her career, she worked for Ernst & Young, CoreStates Capital Markets and UJB Financial.

Ms. Langer has 20 years of experience serving primarily on the boards of health-and education-oriented philanthropic organizations, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, After School All Stars and most recently Gladwyne Montessori School where as Chair, she oversaw two Head of School searches, a major campus expansion project and wide-ranging process/policy development.

Ms. Langer received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College and has completed graduate business/finance studies.
