P.J. Yeatman is the Managing Partner and a Founder of Corten Real Estate Management LLC where he drives investment and capital raising strategies, oversees the team and chairs the Firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Yeatman was previously the Head of Private Equity Real Estate for CenterSquare Investment Management, the real estate investment subsidiary of BNY Mellon. In that role, he was responsible for managing all aspects of a $2 billion private equity business consisting of three discretionary commingled value add funds and two non-discretionary separate accounts. Before joining CenterSquare, Mr. Yeatman was the Senior Managing Principal of Lubert-Adler Partners where he led a $10 billion opportunity fund business for the firm’s founding partners. His primary responsibilities focused on sourcing and executing new investments, managing investor relationships and executing the daily operations of the firm.
In 2007 Mr. Yeatman was named one of 20 Rising Stars globally by Private Equity Real Estate. He has also served as a guest speaker/lecturer at Wharton, Harvard, ICSC, ULI, and CRE and he is a published author in the Journal of Real Estate Economics. He previously served on the boards of Central Parking Corporation and Mervyn’s department stores, and he currently serves as the President of the United States Court Tennis Preservation Foundation.
Mr. Yeatman graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development.
