Madison Fedor

Madison Fedor is the Controller of Corten Real Estate Management LLC, where she manages the firm’s accounting and financial reporting functions, as well as treasury activities. In this role, her responsibilities include overseeing fund and entity-level financial reporting, coordinating audit and tax engagements and overseeing cash management across the firm’s investment vehicles. Prior to joining Corten, Ms. Fedor served as Vice President of Finance at AION Management, where she led financial reporting across a large multifamily portfolio and managed various vendor engagements. Previously, she spent seven years in public accounting at Mercadien, where she led audit engagements and advised clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters.

Ms. Fedor graduated from High Point University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
