Gladys Cabrera

Gladys Cabrera is the Chief of Staff at Corten Real Estate Management LLC, where she manages office infrastructure, vendors and firm events, assists with marketing and business development and supports human resource and compliance activities.  With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and corporate service sectors, she was most recently the Director of Sales Operations at Cresa. Known for driving growth across multi-market regions, Ms. Cabrera is charged with helping Corten to optimize processes, enhance client service delivery and implement innovative solutions.  She combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for building strong client/partner relationships and delivering measurable results.

Ms. Cabrera earned an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from CT State and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Chestnut Hill College.
