WILMINGTON, Del. and PHILADELPHIA – May 23, 2024 – Corten Real Estate Management LLC (“Corten”) today announced that Principal Matthew Kattler will speak on the “Navigating Preferred Equity in Today’s Market” panel during the CRE Finance Council (CREFC) Young Professionals Roundtable on June 5th in New York. The event brings together securitized lenders, loan and bond investors, private equity firms, servicers, and rating agencies from across the county.

Mr. Kattler will be joined by Adam Bulkey, Senior Vice President and Counsel at BrightSpire Capital; Winnie Hui, Associate Director at Invesco Real Estate; and Olivia Feldman Prikazsky, Senior Director of Originations at Sound Mark Partners, LLC.
