Jo-Anne Kaplan

Jo-Anne Kaplan is a Compliance Manager for Corten Real Estate Management LLC where she focuses on compliance, regulatory and legal matters. Previously, Ms. Kaplan served as the CCO and Associate General Counsel at Marvin & Palmer Associates, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor, where she oversaw corporate governance, ethics and compliance and legal affairs.  Prior to joining Marvin & Palmer, Ms. Kaplan was a mergers and acquisitions associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Wilmington and a corporate associate at Reed Smith LLP in Philadelphia.

Ms. Kaplan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law. She is a member of the Delaware Bar.
