Matthew Kattler

Matthew Kattler is a Principal and CFO of Corten Real Estate Management LLC where he focuses on executing commercial office and multifamily investments. In this role, his responsibilities include underwriting, due diligence and closing of acquisitions, as well as valuing existing investments. In addition, he plays an active role in fund administration, portfolio management and financial reporting. From 2011 to 2018, Mr. Kattler helped to execute real estate investment transactions in excess of $1.6 billion for BPG across the office, multifamily and hospitality sectors. Previously, Mr. Kattler worked in the Structured Finance Group at KPMG, where he specialized in modeling and analyzing securitized investments.

Mr. Kattler received his Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University. He is a CFA charter holder and member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Philadelphia.
